There is a wide range of different products available to help you to stop smoking. These include Nicotine Replacement Therapy (NRT) Products and Non NRT products.Nicotine Replacement Therapy (NRT)Nicotine Replacement Therapy is proven to double a motivated smoker's chance of quitting smoking. In fact if you use NRT and our support services you are up to 4 times more likely to quit. Nicotine Replacement Therapy works differently from cigarettes in that it will supply about half the amount of nicotine that you would normally get from your cigarettes and in a different way. Over time you gradually reduce the amount of NRT until, after about 10-12 weeks, you are nicotine free. NRT does not contain toxic chemicals and does not cause cancer. NRT is not as addictive as smoking tobacco because the nicotine dose is lower and is released slowly into the body over a longer period of time. Learn more...
